• If you studied in a non-government school, please attach a certificate issued by the Head/Principal intimating the last monthly paid tuition fee rate.
• If you are awaiting result, you will have to provide the result by 10th August 2016, by filling up an online form on NTS Website. Please keep visiting NTS Website
• Please preferably use either Online Application Form. However, in case you face any problem in using Online Application Form, then please download the Offline Application Form
